Cancellation Policy

DISCOVERY CALLS: Since this is a free call, to rebook it you can just book another one on my website when you are ready. POWER HOUR CALLS: Since this is a paid session, any cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice are subjected to a 15% non-refundable fee. If rescheduling, the amount already paid will be put towards your rescheduled session. All cancelations or rescheduling inquiries should be sent to veraclarkdesign@gmail.com
